Orders can only be cancelled before food preparation begins.
Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
Incorrect order delivered
Missing items in the order
Order cancelled by the restaurant
Payment deducted but order not confirmed
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after order preparation
Delay caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances
Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
Minor taste preferences
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
