1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before food preparation begins.

  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Incorrect order delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Order cancelled by the restaurant

  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order preparation

  • Delay caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

  • Minor taste preferences


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
